How do wash and fold services work?

Following your laundry pickup ,our team will do a detailed inspection to make sure you didn't accidentally leave anything in your pockets. Next, we pretreat any articles needing extra stain removal and use premium products to ensure your clothes come back fresh, fragrant and maintain their vibrant colors. After washed, we dry and fold - sorting based on size, gender and use. 24 hours later our team will drop off your wash and fold laundry and all that's left on your part is to put up and enjoy!

How much does it cost?Our simple, Flat rate, wash and fold pricing model makes laundry day easy. Washboard knows that all families are unique and require special attention in their own way. We offer premium laundry care and next-day delivery for a Flat rate of $2.25 per lb with a 20lb minimum. No hidden fees, service, or delivery charges. For customers who never want to do another load of laundry again. Join our Weekly Bag Plan. This solution offers the same convenience at 1/4 the price. What is the turnaround time?Washboard conveniently offers next-day delivery services. We pick up your dirty clothes one day, and deliver a professionally cleaned, neatly folded in a drawer-ready bag back to your door the very next day. Each order is separated by size, age, gender and use.

How much can fit in each bag?Our bags typically hold up to 3-5 loads of laundry Which is about 30 lbs; more than the average family’s weekly laundry chore. Comforters and pillows are charged separately and is not included in our Flat Rate Plan.

Can I customize my order?You have complete control over how we wash your garments. We customize our care to your needs! Choose water temperature, type of soap, drying method. Do you require a hypo-allergenic detergent? Would you like, hot water or your shirts hung? When completing your customer profile or scheduling a pickup, select your preference upgrades. Tell us how you would like your clothes treated in the notes section. Additional rates may apply to order customization.

What if I don't have a bag?For first-time Washboard customers, we will pick up your garments in any bag, container or hamper, and place them into your very own non-reusable bag. One-time, per-lb orders; we will return your clothes in a neatly organized, separated, double-bagged plastic bag.
