WashBoard Laundry Co. provides laundry services for delivery customers. The following terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Customer Experience and will be adhered to by WashBoard Laundry Co. WashBoard Laundry Co. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. These terms and conditions also outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Laundry Washboard Co.'s Website, located at washboardlaundryco.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use The Laundry Washboard Co. if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Delivery Service

Delivery customers receive pick-up and delivery of laundry at no extra. Your laundry will be picked-up and delivered in accordance with the selections you make while placing your order. No pick-up and delivery service will be provided outside of the delivery window on our website.

Drop-Off and Delivery Bags

The WashBoard Laundry Co. laundry bags are provided free of charge for customers to provide convient access to our delivery service. Intial bags will be provided free of charge. In the instance a bag is misplaced or lost a, $5 bag replacement charge will be incurred for follow-on orders. If customers require more than one bag per household, each additional bag will be provided free of charge. Only replacement bags require a $5 replacement bag fee.

Customers are welcome to fit as many clothes as possible into their WashBoard Laundry Co. bags as possible. However, if laundry is falling out of the top of the bag upon pick-up, the customer will be automatically upgraded and charged a larger flat rate bag size & price to facilitate and ensure we do no lose any garments. Only clothes and sheets are allowed in clothing bags. Comforters, Blankets, Animal beds, Rugs, Jackets, and Shoes will be treated and charged separately from Flat Rate bag pricing.

Care Label Instructions

As part of our through and complete cleaning process, we check all pockets before any washing begins. While our dedicated WashBoard Laundry Team Members go above and beyond to prevent unnecessary damage to our customers garments. Customer items and garments will be handled by a laundry processor separate from those of other customers and laundered in machines separate from the items and garments of other customers. We do not comingle or mix Your items and garments with those of other customers.

WashBoard Laundry Co. follows the standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes. However, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, shrinkage, or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.

To protect your garments, WashBoard Laundry Co. follows the Care Label instructions on each item it processes. To the extent you desire to not have the Care Label instructions followed, a Garment Release is required and you assume all liability for the garment. If a Care Label is missing or has been removed from a garment, WashBoard Laundry Co. will process the garment in accordance with guidelines for that type of garment established by the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute. WashBoard Laundry Co. assumes no liability for garments that have missing or removed Care Labels.

Limited Liability

WashBoard Laundry Co. assumes no liability for items left with WashBoard Laundry Co. over 30 days and may dispose of them without liability. Any differences in the number of items brought to Washboard Laundry versus the number returned to you, or any damage to an item, must be reported to Washboard Laundry Co. within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery of the item(s). Should Washboard Laundry Co. lose a garment, WashBoard Laundry Co. will reimburse you with WashBoard Laundry Co. store credit at 20% of the retail value of the lost or damaged garment but only with a valid receipt of purchase. In the event where damage is a result of customer negligence, we will do our best to treat the damage, however we are not responsible for any damage to customers garments

Fees & Refunds

MissedCustomers are responsible for ensuring laundry bags are ready/visible for collection. WashBoard Laundry Co. will provide 2 SMS and/or email reminders prior to pick-up. A fifteen dollar ($15) fee is assessed in the event that a pickup is missed by the customer. WashBoard Laundry Co. driver will attempt to contact customer, then wait for a period of five (5) minutes before proceeding to the next pickup destination and charging missed pick-up fee. No missed pick-up fees will be refunded.

Customer Charges & Subscription Fee

Customers must complete customer profile in order to activate the delivery service. Customers Credit card will be charged once the Driver picks up Laundry from the customers residence. For recurring services, Customers shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes WashBoard Laundry Co. (and its payment processors) to charge Customer’s credit card, as stated on Customer’s subscription and billing page. Any additional wash & fold bags, beyond the monthly bag allocation, will be charged at the regular a la carte price. Customer agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically.

Cancellation Policy

Customer acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Customer cancels their subscription. Customer may cancel their subscription by logging into their WashBoard Laundry Co. account and going to the applicable subscription page. Customer is solely responsible for properly canceling your account.

Refunds

WashBoard Laundry Co. does not offer prorated, or backdated, refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.

In the event you dispute the amount or validity of any payments made under this Agreement, you must notify WashBoard Laundry Co. within ten (10) days of any such dispute. You understand that your failure to notify WashBoard Laundry Co. of any dispute within ten (10) days will constitute your express waiver of any claims related to the disputed payment.
